Mashea Johnson, NCG/Chief Financial Officer

 Mrs. Johnson received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Human Performance from University of Southern  Mississippi in 1998. She spent 12 years working at Community Options in Nashville, TN. Community Options works with individuals with significant disabilities through residential services,  social enterprises that employ individuals with disabilities, high school transition programs, and specialized programs for respite and medically fragile adults. She also worked at Resources for Human Development (RHD) and opened the first Intensive Behavior Residential Program (IBRS), that provided 24 hours support to adults and their families with teaching skills and strategies to reduce and manage behaviors while also increasing prosocial behavior. In 2014, she began working for Casey Ball Supports Coordination, LLC as a Supports Coordinator to set up needed services for people to live at home instead of nursing facility. In 2015, she became Training Director, 2017 Billing Director and 2019 CFO. While working for Casey Ball, she has worked with AAA, APS, Dept of Aging, and Autism Waiver, just to name a few. She is also a National Certified Guardian. In her free time, Mrs. Johnson coaches high school basketball, softball, and spends time with her wife and 5 children.
