Karen Kemmer
Director of GuardianshipMs. Kemmer received an Associate of Arts Degree in Letters, Arts, and Sciences, from the Pennsylvania State university. A Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Wisconsin in Human Services, and a Master of Arts Degree in Human Services and Business Management from Liberty University. Kate Stephens
GuardianKate obtained her AS in Legal Business Studies from Clarion University in 2003 and her BS in Criminal Justice Administration from St. Leo University in 2006.
